Shipping & Returns
Cargo
Your order will be packed and shipped within 12 hours (on working days) at the latest after your payment reaches us. We assume the shipping fee for your purchases over 200 TL. We send you your cargo tracking number by e-mail.
Returns
Provided that the products you have purchased are unused and not deformed, the return period is 10 days from the date they were delivered to you. Requests exceeding this period will not be accepted and the products will be sent back to you with a counter payment. In order to initiate the return process, you need to create a return request on our website.
Return requests sent to us will be checked and evaluated by our team within 1 business day after we receive your cargo, and you will be informed via SMS about the start of the return process. Refunds will be provided for the products you have sent to us in the return process.
